From the minute the raw materials enter our doors to the hour your finished shutters are packed for delivery, the process is hand-driven and always fascinating to watch. If you're in luck, you'll be able to watch louvers, Board & Batten, and panel shutters being made, using time honored mortise and tenon construction. You can browse through thousands of hand-forged period straps, pintels and shutter dogs hardware. And you can meet the folks responsible for hand-crafting the finest shutters in America.
