Decorative cut out (choose from any
of our standard templates) typically located in the upper
panel of any paneled shutter. Please note: extremely narrow
shutters (pair widths of 26" or less) may not have
enough surface area to accommodate a cut-out.
A charge to develop a custom template
for a cut-out. Please submit a clear drawing or tracing
of the desired shape in the approximate desired size.
We will submit the completed drawing to you for approval
once the template is complete.
Upgrade from the standard aluminum.
Milled so that the left-hand shutter
will show the exposed side of the rabbet, on the left,
when in the open position. We can reverse this upon request
to match existing shutters.
If rabbeted, beading detail will be
milled on the opposite side of the rabbet unless specified
otherwise. If not rabbeted, beading detail will be milled
on the left and right stiles of the front of the shutter
only (unless otherwise specified).

A charge for placing a rail in an exact
vertical location at a measurement that differs from our
standard configurations. Please provide, in inches, the
measurement from the top of the shutter to the center-line
of each rail. Please note: due to the indexed spacing
on louvers, we will need a (+) or (-) of approximately
1/2"- 3/4", (applies to louvered shutters only).
A charge to match a desired rail width
that differs from our standard. Please note: due to the

A charge to match a desired stile width
other than that of our standard.
Timberlane Hurricane Paneling provides
enhanced protection from high winds. Shipped in rolls
to be cut and attached to the outer facing surface of
your shutters (when closed), the 0.145" thick reinforced
fiberglass membrane has an "impact" design pressure
rating of 60 PSF positive and 55 PSF negative. Timberlane
Hurricane Paneling complies with SBCCI/Dade County Building
Code test protocols PA 201-94, PA 202-94 and PA 203-94.
