using functional hardware, you'll first need to measure
for the hinge offset. Once you have your offset measurements
ready, our Shutter Professionals will provide a quote for
your review and approval. Should you have any difficulties
measuring the offset, our Shutter Professionals can assist
you.
All Timberlane Hardware can now be purchased online. As
you browse our collection, simply add the items you would
like to purchase to your Hardware Cart. (Note: Most of our
hardware is fully functional - allowing the shutter to open
and close - so taking accurate measurements beforehand will
ensure you select the correct offset.) When you are finished,
check out using our secure shopping feature.
1. From a hardware style page, use the
"add to cart" link to send items to your shopping
cart. The first time you do so you will see the page change
to the shopping cart.
2. After you are finished placing Hardware
items into your shopping cart, and when you are ready
to check out hit the red "my Hardware Cart"
button at the left to continue to the cart. Make sure
your cart contents and quantities are correct, and then
hit the "checkout" button at the bottom of the
cart page.
3. Fill out the neccessary personal
information and payment information on the checkout page.
This page is securely connected to our server using state-of-the-art
SSL technology designed to protect your private information
in transit securely from prying eyes.
4. After filling out all info, and hitting
the "submit this order" button from the checkout
page, you will see a summary receipt for your transaction.
Print this and keep a copy for your files. You also will
be sent an email regading the transaction informing you
as to any other details you may need to know.
5. Once your order is ready to ship
you will receive another email notifying you that the
order is shipping, and if possible a tracking number will
be included so you can track your package.
